These terms cover your use of Desirable Trip Planner (“Trips”), a private, invite-only app operated by Desired Studios. By using Trips you agree to them.
Access
Trips is available by invitation only. Access can be changed or removed at any time by the app's owner. Keep your sign-in account secure; you're responsible for activity under it.
Your content
You own the trip information you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run the app, including sharing it with the trip members and guest-link holders you or the trip owner choose.
Estimates and guidance
Drive times, traffic, tolls, fuel, fares, rental and lodging prices, TSA wait times, payment-plan breakdowns, and AI-generated suggestions are estimates and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm with the airline, rental company, hotel, or other provider before you book or travel.
Any information about firearm laws or airline weapon policies is general information, not legal advice. Laws change and vary by place. Check official sources and follow all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, try to access data you weren't given, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Trips is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Desired Studios isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including missed flights, bookings, or travel costs.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
